The Responsible Cyclists Association (RCA) is a group dedicated to ensuring roads are used responsibly by all. Their charter for cyclists incorporates points on obeying the road code, avoiding being an obstruction to motorists, and displaying a spirit of friendliness to other road users at all times.
We reckon the RCA's positive philosophy aligns nicely with the Bike Challenge way of doing things... and it seems the RCA team thought so too when they decided to endorse the Bike Challenge!
